Born and raised in Taiwan but educated in France since college, I speak Taiwanese, Mandarin, English, French, and recently start picking up German.
I am a heavy reader and an amateur writer. My favorite book is Georges Perec's La Vie mode d'emploi, but I also enjoy books by Émile Zola and Milan Kundera very much.
With some friends, I created a magazine in French called Aurore Formosane to promote Taiwanese culture.
Here are some activities that I practice from time to time: bridge, paper craft, piano, road running, reading, science outreach, and writing.
Some others, such as choir, handball, ping-pong, theater, and video editing, have been put aside, since there are only 24 hours a day.
